Sixty calendar days, counted from the date of purchase rather than the date of delivery. The window is identical on the 2, 3 and 6-bottle packs. There is no reduced period on the smaller order. Put the date in your phone on the day you order; on the 2-bottle pack the window closes in the same week your supply runs out, which is set out on the guarantee page.

2. What qualifies for an AlkaTide refund

• ›Opened bottles. You are meant to try the product. A policy requiring an unopened bottle would not be a money-back guarantee.
• ›“It did not work for me.” A valid reason. You do not have to justify it beyond stating it.
• ›Damaged, wrong or incomplete orders. Call the order desk the same day and do not post anything back until they tell you where.
• ›Orders placed on alkatidedaily.com. This desk can only refund what this desk sold — see where to buy AlkaTide.

3. What an AlkaTide refund does not cover

• ›Return postage. The buyer pays it. Use a tracked service — an untracked parcel that goes missing cannot be evidenced by either side.
• ›Claims started after day 60. The window is the window.
• ›Product bought from a third party. A marketplace or reseller bottle is refunded by whoever sold it, not by us.
• ›The digital bonuses. You keep them. They do not have to be returned and their stated values are not deducted from a refund.

Before an order is handed to the carrier, an address correction or cancellation is usually a short phone call. After dispatch it becomes a return. Either way the number is +1 (302) 200-3480. There is no subscription on any pack, so there is nothing to cancel for the future — each order is a single purchase.

6. Chargebacks and the AlkaTide order desk

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, call the order desk before contacting your bank. Billing errors are usually resolved the same day with an order ID, and a chargeback raised in parallel slows the refund down rather than speeding it up.

7. Which AlkaTide desk handles what

The website address cannot see orders and cannot process a refund; sending a claim there is the most common reason one stalls. Both are listed on the contact page.

8. Partial returns and multi-pack AlkaTide orders

The guarantee covers the order, not each bottle separately. On a 3 or 6-bottle pack, return the bottles you still have — opened, part-used and unopened alike, and the refund is calculated on what you paid for the order. You are not required to have finished them, and you are not penalised for having opened more than one.

What we cannot do is refund half a pack and let you keep the rest at the single-bottle rate. The per-bottle price on a 6-pack exists because it is a 6-pack; unpicking that would mean recalculating the order at the 2-bottle price and refunding the difference, which is worse for you than simply returning the lot.

9. Refunds and the AlkaTide digital bonuses

You keep them. They are not returnable, their stated values are not deducted from a refund, and claiming the guarantee does not revoke access. That is set out on the bonuses page as well, because it is the question most often asked before someone decides to claim.

10. What happens to your data after an AlkaTide refund

The order desk retains what it needs to evidence the transaction and the refund — the order record, the return, the credit — for as long as its own accounting and tax obligations require. That is a legal retention, not a marketing one, and it exists so that a dispute six months later can be answered.

It does not mean you stay on a mailing list. To ask what is held or to request deletion of anything not subject to that retention, the routes are on the privacy policy: the order desk for anything attached to an order, and [email protected] for anything to do with this website.

11. Refunds on an AlkaTide order that never arrived

A missing parcel is not a guarantee claim and should not be treated as one. There is nothing to return. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID and the desk opens a trace with the carrier, which is a step you cannot take yourself.

A trace obliges the carrier to look for a specific parcel rather than wait for it to surface, and it starts the clock on a replacement or a refund if it does not. Do this as soon as tracking has been static for three business days; leaving it until day 55 to preserve the guarantee window is the wrong instinct and makes the trace harder to run.

12. Refunds and the original AlkaTide payment method

A refund is returned to the card or account it was taken from. That is standard practice and it is not negotiable. It is what prevents refunds being used to move money somewhere it did not come from. If that card has since been cancelled, tell the order desk when you start the claim rather than after, because the resolution runs through your bank.

13. What happens to returned AlkaTide stock

It is not resold. A supplement that has left this desk’s custody and come back cannot have its storage conditions vouched for, and the whole argument on the where to buy page is that an untraceable chain of custody is worth nothing. Reselling a returned bottle would make us the thing that page warns about.

14. If we disagree about an AlkaTide refund

Call the order desk first and ask for the reason in plain terms. Most disputes are a missing order ID, a return that arrived without paperwork, or a date counted from delivery rather than purchase — all resolvable on the phone in one call.

If that does not settle it, you retain every right you have under applicable consumer law, and nothing on this page limits them. A chargeback with your card issuer is also available to you, though raising one in parallel with an open claim usually slows the refund rather than speeding it, because the funds are then frozen pending the issuer’s process.
